Responsibilities:
--- Ensure precise measurement and layout of building designs, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail to meet safety standards and building codes effectively
--- Display physical stamina and the ability to work at heights while accurately interpreting blueprints and construction plans
--- Support in setting up and cleaning construction sites, including assembling and disassembling temporary structures efficiently
--- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles with care and attention
--- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for oneself and colleagues
--- Perform general maintenance tasks, such as tidying tools and equipment, organizing materials, and managing waste appropriately
--- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and subcontractors to coordinate work activities and meet project deadlines promptly
--- Follow company policies and procedures diligently to uphold standards consistently
--- Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required for the role
--- Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs
--- Visit construction sites to obtain necessary client requirement information
--- Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole
--- Compute labor, construction materials, time, and product costs to estimate the overall cost of construction projects
--- Collaborate with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors

Qualifications:

--- Exceptional time-management, project management, and communication skills are essential
--- Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital
--- Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills
--- A high school diploma or its equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position in Weston, WI
--- The ability to lift items weighing over 50 lbs is crucial for effectively carrying out job responsibilities
--- It is essential to possess reliable transportation and maintain a clean driving record for this role
--- Excellent communication skills are a necessity for seamless interaction with team members
