CHAMBERLAIN is a leading organization in the industry, with a strong reputation for excellence. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a leader, responsible for developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Service existing client base, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Research new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing new leads and referrals.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Train and develop incoming team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
  • Report daily on field activity, using a CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving growth and excellence within the team.


    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
    • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
    • Passion for helping people and developing relationships, with a strong desire to make a positive impact.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
    • Sales or customer service experience, with a strong understanding of the importance of building relationships and delivering exceptional results.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to succeed and make a positive impact.
    • Desire to be active in the community, with a strong sense of social responsibility and a commitment to making a positive difference.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems, with a strong understanding of the importance of tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.


      Licensing Requirements:

      • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
      • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
      • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
