  • Job Details
  • 8 weeks - EOW: EOH will take care of ED patients along with back bedded patients; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have current Wisconsin RN license.
    • Must have completed Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment.
    • Must provide documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.
    • Must complete Fit Test prior to start.
    • Must provide documentation of vaccination series completion or declination to vaccine.
    • Must provide proof of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination.
    • Must provide proof of Influenza Vaccine or declination.
    • Must provide Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire if applicable.
    • Must provide Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment.
    • Must provide valid Driver's License/State ID that matches address on file.
    • Must complete 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) prior to start.
    • Must provide documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or immunity.
    • Must provide proof of Tdap vaccination.
    • Must provide Ascension Profile and two professional references.
    • Must complete Ascension Criminal Background Check Results prior to first assignment.
    • Must complete Ascension EPLS prior to first assignment.
    • Must complete Ascension Skills Checklist prior to first assignment.
    • Must complete Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start.
    • Must provide Ascension Badge Photo prior to first assignment.
    • Must complete Ascension Education Verification within 90 days of start.
    • Must provide Ascension Confirmation of Assignment prior to first assignment.
    • Must complete Ascension Influenza Vaccine Exemption/Declination if applicable.
    • Must complete Ascension Exit Survey at the end of assignment.
    • Must provide Ascension Employment Verification prior to first assignment.

      • Must be AHA certified for BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
