We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time, in-house real estate Home Buying Specialist / Acquisitions Specialist to join our real estate team in DePere, WI. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers to buy these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities:
--- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
--- Qualify potential Home Sellers to see if a good fit for our services
--- Schedule in-person appointments to build rapport, explain the process, and overcome objections
--- Use market trends, comps, and site walks to evaluate property condition/value
--- Prepare needed paperwork and contracts needed for sale
--- Utilize CRM daily to track all appointment details and sales activity

Qualifications:
--- Must be driven and have a passion for Real Estate
--- 2+ years of sales, and/or management experience preferred
--- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
--- Computer skills and CRM experience required (REsimpli, SmrtPhone knowledge a plus)
--- Proficient with Google Docs and Excel
--- Strong organizational skills needed
