Representative, you can look forward toEvery Sunday off to spend
time with family and friends!Eligibility for a $50 bonus for
working Saturdays!Position may be eligible for an additional $1.00
per hour in compensation depending on hours worked.Fun events and

- Respond to customer's telephone, chat and e-mail inquiries.
Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all
interactions.
- Utilize technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills to
resolve complex customer inquiries
- Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to
retain current customers and attract new business.
- Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives
- Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products
and services to existing and potential customers.EducationHigh
