Shift Information: Fri 8p, Sat 8p, Sun 8a-8p
On-call, Call Back Requirements: N/A
Weekend Rotation: Every Weekend required
Holiday requirements: None
Floating requirements: Within Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties
JOB DESCRIPTION
Servicing Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties. Adult/Geri end of life
patients only. Traveler can expect to receive up to 1-week of
orientation, based on comfort level. Any color scrub or business
casual acceptable. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- 2 years hospice experience
- active RN license (WI or compact) and BLS (AHA)If first time
traveler, they must have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience
Technical skills required: End of life care/planning, wound
assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management,
