Cross Country Search has partnered with an oupatient rehabilitation facility to find a permanent, full-time Physical Therapist in Green Bay, WI. This facility has a wonderful and collaborateive staff, and they're seeking a dedicated individual to join their team and provide exceptional therapy services. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm. No weekends or call! Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Conduct therapy sessions in an outpatient setting Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning Utilize therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes Provide discharge planning and education to patients and their families Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Current, or ability to obtain, licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners CPR Certified or ability to obtain New Graduates are welcome to apply!
