Description:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)The Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides services and procedures that are
delegated, assigned, and supervised by a Unity RN. These services
and procedures are based on the RN's comprehensive assessment of
the patient's personal care needs and are documented in the
Activities of Daily Living Plan of Care.This float role may travel
outside Green Bay area at times which includes Marinette, Shawano,
Oshkosh and Sturgeon Bay but most of the time with travel in all
areas of Green Bay.Schedule: 5 days per week 11 am - 7 pm, call
back up every 8th weekend, 2 holidays per year.Key Job Duties:Unity
CNA staff can perform services/support in the following areas as
directed by the RN:Activities of Daily LivingRestorative CareSkin
CareMobilityNutritional SupportRespiratoryBowel and
BladderReinforce TeachingSupply orderingCompanionship and
SupportVital SignsReading of CADD pump settingsReport on pain
ratingMaintain required competencies and skillsReport any changes
in the patient's condition or family situation immediately to the
appropriate member(s) of the interdisciplinary teamConsistently and
concisely document activity according to department protocols and
standards.Comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws
and regulations as well as policies and procedures of UnitySatisfy
mandatory training requirements regarding local, state and federal
regulations and/or Unity's policies and proceduresPromote and
maintain confidentialityMaintain personal and professional
boundariesPerform other job-related duties as assignedMaintain
regular and reliable attendanceShares in providing 24-hour, seven

of certified nursing assistant program, ORNursing student who has
completed one semester of a clinical experienceMust be listed on
the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry and be eligible to work at state
and federally certified facilitiesValid Wisconsin Driver's License,
reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance
coverageMust be at least 18 years old.
