Risk Intelligence Team Lead is responsible for overseeing one or
more analysts, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring
high-quality data analysis and reporting, and driving strategic
insights to support key business decisions. This role requires
strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to
effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders at various
levels.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Due to

below.As a Corporate Risk Intelligence Lead, you will:
- Leadership responsibilities - Lead and motivate a team of
analysts, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and coaching to
maximize individual and team performance. Conduct regular
performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Identify
training needs and develop training plans to enhance team
capabilities. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
and efficiencies. Foster a collaborative and teamwork-oriented
environment by coaching and mentoring colleagues, focusing on
leveraging their strengths. Collaborate with line of business
leaders to prioritize work item and project deliverables. Maintain
and expand knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing
professional publications, and building personal networks to
support data management, configuration, tuning, reporting, and
regulatory compliance.
- Project Management - Align projects within team to leverage
strengths and create opportunities for growth and learning,
ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and
budgets. Help define project scope, identify key deliverables, and
develop project plans. Monitor project progress, identify potential
risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Provide guidance, oversight and
best practice recommendations for the collection, cleaning, and
analysis of complex data sets using various analytical tools and
techniques. Interpret data, identify trends, and generate
actionable insights to inform business decisions. Develop
comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to
senior management effectively. Provide leadership and oversight of
data analytics and reporting in support of regulatory and audit
requests
- Business Partnering - Collaborate closely with cross-functional
teams to understand business needs and identify key priorities.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data analysis to
improve business processes and decision-making. Manage, mentor and
guide the CRI team and technology team with troubleshooting efforts
to mitigate production issues or anticipated issues. Review all
solutions and provide guidance on the recommended solutions
including alternate non-traditional solutions. Act as a trusted
advisor to stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations
based on data analysis.
- Quality Assurance - Establish and maintain quality standards
for data analysis and reporting. Review analytical outputs to
ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best
practices.Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance,
Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science. RequiredExperience
- 4-7 years Progressive application, data, and/or analytics
within the financial services and/or BSA/Risk function. Knowledge
of associated Bank Applications and Systems. Required
- 7-10 years Progressive application, data and/or analytics
within the financial services and/or BSA/Risk function Knowledge of
Associated Bank Application and Systems. PreferredLicenses and
Certifications
- Other CAMS, PMP, other Fraud, Risk, IT or Data Analysis
