In the Corporate Rotation Program, trainees will participate in a 12-month program that will provide an introduction to the key corporate disciplines of Strategy, and two of the following: Audit, Corporate Risk, Finance, Product and Marketing, Human Resources, and Retail Banking. The Corporate Trainee will experience a combination of largely on the job training with selective classroom training to enhance their development. Within each rotation, the trainees will go through a structured sequence of tasks to learn the fundamentals of the functional area and discipline and begin to contribute to day-to-day deliverables. The program comprises of one month of onboarding and 3 rotations (1 month, 5 months, 5 months), spanning a total duration of 12 months.This person will:--- Participate in rotations across various lines of business and departments to gain insight into different aspects of the company.--- Work on key projects in each department, collaborating with teams across the organization.--- Contribute to the company's strategic initiatives, providing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.--- Participate in a structured mentorship program and attend networking events with peers and executives.--- Attend development workshops, skills training, and receive regular feedback to support your growth and performance.--- Receive comprehensive performance feedback, focusing on personal and professional development.Review the qualifications listed below:Education--- Bachelor's Degree, Required.Experience--- Less than 2 years Entry Level, Preferred.In addition to core traditional benefits, we take pride in offering benefits for every stage of life.
