Job Description Lab Technician 1 NOW HIRING for an entry level Lab Tech 1 at our Green Bay Environmental Lab! The Pace Analytical Green Bay Lab is a leading environmental laboratory located in Green Bay, WI. We are adding a full-time team member to the Organic Prep Department as a Lab Tech 1. This position can begin your career in environmental science. Relevant lab experience is preferred, but not required. We train on the job! The successful candidate will be responsible for the dissection and processing of fish and other tissue samples. Apply today to discuss your new career path! • Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing and maintenance
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices What you'll bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while conducting tests, work around strong smells, and wear personal protective equipment while handling samples (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses and gloves; all PPE provided by Pace ).
  • Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred, but not required What we promise
